Heating shutdown on 22 November: Infopoint and reading room closure

On 22 November 2024, the district heating supply on campus will be temporarily switched off due to emergency repairs.

This affects the Administration Building, among others. The Infopoint service counter in the foyer of the Administration Building will therefore be closed on this day. Examinations Office staff can be reached as usual by phone or e-mail and will be working from home for the most part. On this day, please use our online advice services.

The heating of the reading rooms will be affected until Sunday, 24 November. The University Library will therefore close all reading rooms from 18:00 on Friday and keep them closed over the weekend. From Monday, 25 November, all reading rooms will open for the regular opening hours. If the return date for your borrowed media falls on 23 or 24 November you can return them on Monday, 25 November.

If you visit our reading rooms this Friday, we recommend that you dress warm. Please note that the hot water supply in the sanitary facilities will also be affected. The information desk in the Central Library will be closed on this day. Please contact us by phone or e-mail if you need advice.
