Research
Research on Southeast Asia at the University of Passau analyses post-colonial processes of societal transformation from the perspective of social science. Research and teaching engage with a broad range of social science approaches and the results of empirical research. The aim is to use theoretically grounded, comparative case studies to identify commonalities and differences between countries and sub-regions in Southeast Asia.
