Reference request form for a letter of reference

The filled-in reference request form, as well as a tabular CV and current transcript of records must be sent at least three weeks before the date on which the reference is to be submitted. As a rule, in addition to both lectures, two seminars (PS, HS, WÜ, etc.) offered by the chair should have been visited (at least one taught by Professor Dr Stahl). (This is a necessary requirement for references regarding Master applications, but they don't always have to be fulfilled for scholarship applications in lower semesters).
